Mix a little baking soda with your regular toothpaste to get the whitening effect on your teeth. Put the regular toothpaste on your brush, which contains fluoride with protective properties, then sprinkle some baking soda on top, and brush your teeth as normal.
+ 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
+ 1 teaspoon of toothpaste
Mix baking soda with toothpaste. Use this paste to gently brush your teeth for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse your mouth with water.
Do this twice a week for at least a month.
